Great place.. Fair Price.. Sits off of the highway in a residential quiet street... Ran as an Extended Stay and doesn't have new faces around a lot Most people been there a good while If have a vacancy I highly recommend Nice size clean rooms.. Free Laundry for tenants Wifi Roku TV Close to a Metro Transit Center and bus stop right in front also.. Corner Store right next door.. Mgmt is the best
New to the Houston area. An emergency situation arose and found availability. Weekly rates of $225.00 are the same as other motels in the area. Clean, no bugs. The staff has been extremely kind and helpful. A few blocks walk from the Metro bus terminal. Free coffee in the morning and free wifi by the office.
The name is NOT on the signage, look for "Weekly and Monthly Rates" This is an extended stay location, with weekly and monthly rates, for an apartment sized room. You must treat it as your empty apartment bringing your own linen, pillows, towels etcetera. Your provided with a clean pest free room with a bathroom, sink, microwave, refrigerator, A/C and queen size bed. Your responsible for the window covering whatever type and condition. The door access has a dead bolt and door knob both keyed to the single your given. A small store (cash app only) can be accessed for many items to maintain your room. The location provides parking within walls for better security, trash dumpsters are also by the entrance. You can have up to 2 cats or dogs, your responsible for their droppings. While your near a main road, and further from the train, it is quiet overall.
Honestly couldn't ask for a better environment clean safe quiet and quality all in one hoping too make this place my home for next year at 6 months! Wifi is very fast! Way above any regular extended stay it's more like your own apartment. Full Bathroom Full kitchen full Bed room.. Not a fan of the mirrors lol.
